Unfortunately it is not possible to print copyright or licenced images. This includes celebrity photos or characters from movies or animated films. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Can I use a design from a football club?

Unfortunately it is not possible to print copyright or licenced images. This includes football club logos and designs, however it is ok to print a personal photo of someone wearing club gear. There are also several football themed images and frames in our library that can be used. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.

Do I need the actual print or can I upload it from my phone?

You can send the image directly from your phone via Bluetooth. If you have an iPhone or iPad, please bring an authentic iPhone cable to connect to the kiosk (Apple devices will not work with Bluetooth).

I have a photo printed on A4 paper. Will I need to save the image onto a USB stick or can the paper be scanned?

The best quality print will be from a digital version of the image on a USB stick. There is a scanner on the kiosk so you can scan the paper, however the quality of the image will be diminished. If the paper is photo paper, the quality will be better.

Is it possible to upload a collage picture to be printed on to the cake?

There's no problem uploading a collage picture! As long as it is a single image it can be uploaded to the kiosk (you will need to create the collage using your own software and then save it as a single image). There are options to then add a frame and/or message to the image.

Can I print portrait or landscape? Can the designs be either vertical or horizontal in orientation?

You can choose the orientation of the cake when you start your design. Portrait and landscape options are available. Once you upload your image, it can be rotated to suit your design.

Is it possible to print a logo onto one of your cakes?

If you want to use a company logo (e.g. for a corporate event), you will need to show that you have permission from the company to use the logo. We recommend a signed note on company letterhead stating that permission to use the logo has been granted. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
